WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the resurfacing of Winchester Road, from Illinois Route 83 to Illinois Route 21, for a total of 3.18 miles, and is designated as Section 20-00999-80-RS; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on April 11, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
