R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, 21st Street, County Highway 67, is a designated route on the County highway system; and
WHEREAS, Lake County believes it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the traveling public if the culvert under 21st Street, east of Delany Road, is replaced; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for construction of the 21st Street culvert replacement, and designated as Section 21-00176-06-DR; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bid, sealed bids were received and opened on May 10, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
