* Pursuant to the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, emergency procurements are made when a threat exists to public health, welfare, or safety, or to prevent or minimize serious disruption of government services.
* Pursuant to Article Six, Section 103, the Lake Treasurer's Office submitted a written determination of the basis for the emergency and the certification that the selection of the vendor is appropriate.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 6-103 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, emergency procurement of Armored Car Transport Services for various Lake County departments; and
WHEREAS, there was a need to terminate Lake County's existing contract for Armored Car Transport Services due to failure to perform in accordance to the contract; and
WHEREAS, Lake County various departments requested assistance from the Purchasing Division to identify a responsible vendor who could provide Armored Car Transport Services for a period of one-year plus renewals to minimize serious disruption of government services; and
