Staff Summary
* The Millburn Bypass project created two remnant roadway segments, old U.S. Route 45, from the realigned U.S. Route 45 north to the newly constructed cul-de-sac, and old Grass Lake Road, from old U.S. Route 45 west to the newly constructed cul-de-sac.
