* Pursuant to Article 10-101 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Purchasing, Lake County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered between the participants.
* Facilities identified a cooperative purchasing contract with Garland/DBS, Cleveland, Ohio through U.S. Communities to procure the needed materials and labor that was competitively solicited and awarded.

WHEREAS, The existing roofing systems at Child Advocacy Center and Babcox Justice Center are beyond their useful life and in need of repair and or replacement.; and

WHEREAS, This project which will provide new roofing systems, trim, and or downspouts that were approved as part of the 2018 Facility Assessment Program; and
