* Two new roof top ventilation units, with new/modified interior supply and return ductwork, unit heaters, sensors, and building controls, were approved as part of the 2018 Facility Assessment Program.
* Pursuant to Article 10-101 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Purchasing, the County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered between the participants.
* Facilities identified a cooperative purchasing contract with Trane through U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance to procure the needed materials and labor that was competitively solicited and awarded.

RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, two existing roof top ventilation units at the Child Advocacy Center in Gurnee have reached the end of their useful life and must be replaced; and

WHEREAS, this project which will provide two new roof top ventilation units, new/modified interior supply and return ductwork, unit heaters, sensors, and building controls was approved as part of the 2018 Facility Assessment Program; and
