R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the sidewalk and curb ramp improvements to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards at the Rollins Road at Cedar Lake Road intersection, and designated as Section 15-00999-20-SW; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on April 17, 2018, at 10:00 AM at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
