R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, this County Board, at its meeting of November 8, 2016 approved an appropriation of $90,000 of Matching Tax funds for the Phase II design engineering services to stabilize an existing sheet piling wall adjacent to the multi-use path on the north side of Grass Lake Road; and
WHEREAS, this project is currently under contract with Amec Foster Wheeler Environment and Infrastructure, Inc., Chicago, Illinois, at a cost of $77,844; and
WHEREAS, additional structural and roadway work will be added to the scope of services increasing the cost from $77,844 to $94,575; and
