RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, there is a need to construct a communal storage building within Lake County's Libertyville Campus that can be utilized by a variety of different County departments; and
WHEREAS, this new 20,000 SF facility has been designed for a variety of different County departments to utilize including the Sheriff's Office, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Environmental Health Services, Emergency Management, and Facility Operations; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 33.036 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a bid was called for by publication for General Contracting Services for the construction of the Lake County Multi-Departmental Storage Facility; and
