R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Lake County will conduct a Countywide Paratransit Market Analysis Study; and
WHEREAS, CMAP, using UWP federal planning funds, will reimburse LCDOT 80 percent of the project cost; and
WHEREAS, the estimated project is $250,000, with a maximum reimbursement of $200,000; and
WHEREAS, CMAP and LCDOT desire to enter into an agreement, stating the terms and conditions by which CMAP will reimburse LCDOT; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works and Transportation Committee at its meeting of February 3, 2016, approved an application to CMAP for a UWP grant for transportation planning for Countywide paratransit options related to the Transit component of the Lake County 2040 Transportation Plan; and
WHEREAS, an appropriation of funds is necessary.
