RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 5-102 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a bid was called for by publication for doors, frames and hardware work for Lake County courthouse expansion project; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received from three vendors at the Lake County Administrative Building, Waukegan, Illinois, on March 10, 2016, at 2:00 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, based on the criteria set forth in the bid; the staff evaluated all bids submitted and determined that the bid submitted by Marling Lumber Company of Janesville, Wisconsin, in the amount of $440,900 is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for Lake Coun...
