* Deerfield Road: City of Highland Park Agreement and Jurisdictional Transfer from the City of Highland Park to Lake County.
* Deerfield Road, from the Metra Milwaukee District North Line viaduct in the Village of Deerfield to the east abutment of the East Skokie Ditch Bridge in the City of Highland Park, will be improved by the Village of Deerfield as the lead agency, and designated as Section 15-00036-01-RS.
* Deerfield Road, from the city's west corporate limits to the east abutment of the East Skokie Ditch Bridge in the City of Highland Park will be transferred in its entirety, excluding Structure No. 049-0071, 049-0072, 049-0073 and 049-0088, from the City of Highland Park to Lake County.
* The City of Highland Park will have jurisdiction and maintenance responsibility for all municipal facilities within the Deerfield Road right of way and the City will continue to perform routine maintenance of Deerfield Road within its corporate limits.
* The City of Highland Park approved this agreement on September 16, 2015.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the free flow of traffic along Deerfield Road is beneficial for the safety and welfare of the motoring public; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Deerfield will be improving Deerfield Road, from the Metra Milwaukee District North Line viaduct in the Village of Deerfield to the east abutment of the East Skokie Ditch Bridge in the City of Highland in its entirety, and designated as Section 15-00036-01-RS; and
