RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 33.036 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, bids were called for by publication for material and personnel hoist work for Lake County courthouse expansion project; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received from one vendor and opened at the Lake County Administrative Building, Waukegan, Illinois, on August 27, 2015, at 2 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, based on the criteria set forth in the invitation to bid; the staff evaluated the bid submittal and determined that the bid submitted by USA Hoist Company, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois, in the amount of $191,314 is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for Lake County; and
