R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, Gilmer Road, County Highway 26, is a designated route on the County highway system; and

WHEREAS, there are retaining walls and culverts on Gilmer Road, 200 feet southeast of Sequoia Road, that are in poor condition and are in need of replacement in order to prevent failure; and

WHEREAS, it is advisable that a firm be employed to provide professional services to determine appropriate repair strategies for said retaining walls; and

WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, has selected a professional engineering services firm, Bloom Companies, LLC, Chicago, Illinois, in accordance with the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, for said design engineering se...
