RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 5-102 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, bids were called for by publication for Masonry work for Lake County Courthouse Expansion Project; and
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received from five vendors and opened at the Lake County Administrative Building, Waukegan, Illinois, on March 17, 2015, at 2 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, based on the criteria set forth in the Invitation to Bid; the staff evaluated all bid submittals and determined that the bid submitted by A Horn, Inc. in the amount of $1,717,600 is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for Lake County; and
