R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, the County of Lake (County) owns and operates sanitary sewer systems in the Northwest Lake Facilities Planning area including the Excess Flow Facility on the Round Lake Sanitary District property in Round Lake Beach; and

WHEREAS, the Round Lake Drain carries storm water flows and traverses through the Round Lake Sanitary District property adjacent to the Excess Flow Facility; and

WHEREAS, the County must protect the structural integrity of the banks of the Round Lake Drain; and

WHEREAS, in accordance with the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, bids were called for by publication for the Stream Bank Restoration Project; and
