* Purchasing identified a cooperative purchasing contract with Senryo Technologies through the General Services Administration (GSA) for Oracle Consulting Services to provide the required services.
* Pursuant to Article 10-101 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Purchasing, Lake County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered into between the participants.
* This contract is in the not to exceed amount of $116,472.50 with Senryo Technologies.
* Funding was approved in the fiscal year (FY) 2015 budget for a position to aid in this implementation and is being transferred to consultants to pay for the contract.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Human Resources requires a consultant to assist in implementing Oracle functionality including Payroll Dashboard, Retropay Enhanced, Total Compensation Statement and Advanced Benefits; and
WHEREAS, purchasing identified a cooperative purchasing contract with Senryo Technologies through the General Services Administration (GSA) for Oracle Consulting Services to provide the required services; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 10-101 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a cooperative purchasing contract with GSA has been identified for the purchase; and
