Staff Summary
· Human Resources requires a consultant to assist in implementing Oracle functionality including Payroll Dashboard, Retropay Enhanced, Total Compensation Statement and Advanced Benefits.
· Purchasing identified a cooperative purchasing contract with Senryo Technologies through the General Services Administration (GSA) for Oracle Consulting Services to provide the required services.
· Pursuant to Article 10-101 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Purchasing, Lake County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered into between the participants.
· This contract is in the not to exceed amount of $116,472.50 with Senryo Technologies.
· Funding was approved in the fiscal year (FY) 2015 budget for a position to aid in this implementation and is being transferred to consultants to pay for the contract.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Human Resources requires a consultant to assist in implementing Oracle functionality including Payroll Dashboard, Retropay Enhanced, Total Compensation Statement and Advanced Benefits; and
WHEREAS, purchasing identified a cooperative purchasing contract with Senryo Technologies through the General Services Administration (GSA) for Oracle Consulting Services to provide the required services; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 10-101 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a cooperative purchasing contract with GSA has been identified for the purchase; and
WHEREAS, the contract with Senryo Technologies was competitively solicited, awarded and available for cooperative purchasing through GSA; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter into a contract with Senryo Technologies, Naperville, Illinois, for Oracle Consulting Services in the amount of $116,472.50 charged to account 101-1400010-71150.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Lake County Board that line item transfers in the amount of $85,000 is authorized from account number 101-1400010-51110, $15,824 from account number 101-1400010-74080, $6,502.50 from account number 101-1400010-74100 and $9,146 from account number 101-1400010-74110 to account number 101-1400010-71150.
