R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, plans to develop a model to coordinate all traffic signal timing throughout Lake County; and

WHEREAS, it is advisable that a professional engineering services firm be employed for studying and re-optimizing traffic signals assigned along Lake County highway traffic signal corridors; and

WHEREAS, Lake County has selected a professional engineering services firm, Sam Schwartz Engineering, Itasca, Illinois, in accordance with the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, for said traffic signal coordination modeling.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that Sam Schwartz Engineering, Itasca, Illinois, be employed to provide professional services for studying and re-optimizing traffic signals assigned along ...
