R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the Butterfield Road Bike Path project on Butterfield Road, from the EJ&E Railroad to Gregg's Parkway/Allanson Road, and designated as Section 20-00137-18-BT; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on June 15, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
