• Lake County has selected a professional engineering services firm in accordance with the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act (50 ILCS 510/1 et. seq.).
• The Engineer shall provide the design of Standby generators for the Adult Probation Facility and Highway Patrol, Antenna, and 911 Center.
• Based on previous satisfactory relationship for engineering services and the knowledge gained through this relationship, Stanley Consultants provides value integral to the requested services.
• This contract will cost the County an amount of $70,200.

WHEREAS, Lake County has selected a professional engineering services firm in accordance with the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act (50 ILCS 510/1 et. seq.); and
WHEREAS, the Engineer shall provide the design of Standby generators for the Adult Probation Facility, Highway Patrol, Antenna, and 911 Center; and
WHEREAS, based on a satisfactory relationship for engineering services and the knowledge gained through this relationship adds value integral to the services provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter into a contract with Stanley Consultants, Inc. for an Engineer to provide Architectural Design services relating to the design of standby generators for the Lake County Adult Probation Facility and High Patrol, Antenna and 911 Center in the amount $70,200, charging the costs thereof to account # 101-1103285-71170.
