• After reviewing all voting sites for the March 20, 2012 Primary Election, a change is proposed to provide a better location for these affected precincts.
• The proposal re-assigns the precincts to a voting site which has sufficient parking and space, as well as full accessibility for all voters.
Body
WHEREAS, Lake County has 415 voting precincts in 18 townships; and
WHEREAS, after a review of all voting sites, a change is proposed to provide a better location for these affected precincts; and
WHEREAS, precincts are being relocated to a voting site which has sufficient parking and space as well as full accessibility for all voters; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, the attached “Exhibit A” sets forth the voting site assigned to the affected precincts, which is identified by the name and location.
