WHEREAS, the term of Larry Scott as a member of the Squaw Creek Drainage District has expired; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Larry Scott as a member of the Squaw Creek Drainage District for a term ending September 2, 2014. His appointment expired in 2002, he served through 2005, 2008, and 2011, because no successor was appointed, he is hereby reappointed to complete the term of September 2, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the term of Larry Scott as a member of the Squaw Creek Drainage District for a term ending September 2, 2014 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
