· Portions of the existing Peterson Road are being left in place to serve as frontage roads and for which new road names need to be designated.
· This resolution designates the frontage road names as Behm Lane for the westerly section and Behm Park Lane for the easterly section.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Peterson Road, County Highway 20, in the vicinity of Peterson Road and IL Rte 60, is being reconstructed and realigned; and
WHEREAS, portions of the existing Peterson Road are being left in place to serve as frontage roads and for which new roads names need to be designated; and
WHEREAS, the Fremont Township Road District desires that the westerly section of the existing Peterson Road, that will become a frontage road, be named Behm Lane and the easterly section be named Behm Park Lane, as depicted in the map attached hereto as Addendum 1; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with 55 ILCS 5/5-1067, the County may name or change the name of any road in the county highway system and may name or change the name of any road in unincorporated areas.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the new frontage roads created out of the existing Peterson Road, in the vicinity of Peterson Road and IL Rte 60 are hereby named “Behm Lane” for the westerly section and “Behm Park Lane” for the easterly section as depicted in the map attached hereto as Addendum 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to notify the landowners adjacent to said roadway, the Village of Round Lake Park, the Fremont Township Road District, the Lake County Recorder of Deeds, the Illin...
