R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, Everett Road, County Highway 52, and Deerfield Road, County Highway 11, are designated routes on the county highway system; and

WHEREAS, the Everett Road bridge over the I-94 Tollway is in need of repair and resurfacing; and

WHEREAS, the Deerfield Road bridge over the I-94 Tollway requires expansion joint inspection and a recommendation for repairs; and

WHEREAS, Phase II, design engineering, is underway for the Everett Road bridge over the I-94 Tollway; and

WHEREAS, the Phase II, design engineering, needs to be completed for the Deerfield Road bridge over the I-94 Tollway; and

WHEREAS, this Lake County Board at its meeting of November 16, 2010, authorized the execution of a professional engineering agreement with AMEC...
