WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held by the Lake County Zoning Board of Appeals pursuant to the Statutes of the State of Illinois on the petition of Ramon Hernandez, record owner, which seeks a rezoning from the Rural Estate zone to the Agricultural zone for the following real estate, to-wit:
That part of the East 15 acres of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 46 North, Range 11, East of the third Principal Meridian in Newport Township, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 14; thence South 00 degrees 28 minutes 31 seconds West along the East line of said quarter, quarter section, 883.45 feet; thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 57 seconds West, 493.20 feet to a point on the West line of the East 15 acres of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 14; thence North 00 degrees 28 minutes 31 seconds East along said West line, 883.23 feet to the North line of the Southwest quarter of said section 14; thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 25 seconds east along said North line, 493.21 feet to the place of beginning, in Lake County Illinois.
