Ordinance appointing Pat Carey as Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency for the 2-year term ending April 30, 2013.

WHEREAS, the Illinois Compiled Statutes requires that the Director of any joint action water agency must be appointed by Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, by the terms of an Ordinance Approving the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency and the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement, it is necessary to appoint a Director and to appoint an Alternate Director to serve said Agency as representatives of Lake County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, as follows: Pat Carey is hereby appointed to serve as Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency for a term ending April 30, 2013, as set forth in the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement.
