WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Terry Toth, 691 Brookstone Road, Grayslake, IL as a member of the Grayslake Fire Protection District for a term ending May 6, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Terry Toth as a member of the Grayslake Fire Protection District for a term ending May 6, 2013 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
