R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the resurfacing of Cedar Lake Road from Rosedale Court to Rollins Road and from Monaville Road to Illinois Rte 132 and designated as Section 11-00999-18-RS; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on June 28, 2011, at 10:00 AM at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
