R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, Arlington Heights Road, County Highway 79, is a designated route on the county highway system; and

WHEREAS, it would be beneficial for the safety and welfare of the motoring public if the bridge deck beams of the bridge carrying northbound Arlington Heights Road over Buffalo Creek could be replaced; and

WHEREAS, Phase II design engineering services are required for the proposed improvements; and

WHEREAS, this Lake County Board, at its meeting of January 12, 2010, authorized the execution of a Phase II design engineering agreement with MACTEC Engineering & Consulting Inc., Chicago, Illinois, for said Phase II engineering services and appropriated $50,000 of County Bridge Tax funds to provide for these engineering services; a...
