· Various corrugated steel culvert pipes under Center Street, Dilleys Road, Fairfield Road, Gelden Road, Miller Road and Riverwoods Road are at the end of their useful service lives and are in need of replacement or repair.
· Before a project letting can be held, an appropriation of $160,000 of County Bridge Tax funds is necessary.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Center Street, County Highway 77, Dilleys Road, County Highway 15, Fairfield Road, County Highway 49, Gelden Road, County Highway 66, Miller Road, County Highway 2, and Riverwoods Road, County Highway 58, are designated routes on the county highway system; and
WHEREAS, there are corrugated steel culvert pipes at locations under these highways; and
WHEREAS, said culvert pipes are at the end of their useful service lives and are in need of replacement or repair.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there is hereby appropriated $160,000 of County Bridge Tax funds for the above-said replacement or repair of various corrugated culvert pipes under Center Street, Dilleys Road, Fairfield Road, Gelden Road, Miller Road and Riverwoods Road and designated as Section10-00999-13-DR.
