Staff Summary
· In January, 2008, the Lake County Board approved a one-year contract with four one-year renewal options with SilkRoad Technology, Winston-Salem, North Carolina for Applicant Tracking and Recruitment System Services in the amount of $25,800 for year one and $19,550 per year for each subsequent annual renewal.
· There is a need for additional licenses and negotiations were conducted which resulted in the County receiving 44 additional licenses at the original contract price in exchange for renewing the contract at this time for each of the two remaining one-year renewal periods in accordance with the terms and conditions of the current agreement.
· The changes are germane to the original contract as signed, in the best interests of the County and authorized by law.
· In accordance with Article 8, section 101 (1) of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, it is hereby requested that the Purchasing Agent be authorized to enter into Contract Modification #1.
