R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Board of Lake County, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids by publication for the installation of temporary span-wire traffic control signals at Quentin Road and Ensell Road and including an interconnect to the traffic signals at IL Rte. 22 and Quentin Road; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on January 25, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
· Gaffney's Protective Maintenance, Inc. Batavia, IL $139,508.25
· Home Towne Electric, Inc., Lake Villa, IL $148,970.00
· Meade Electric Compnay, Inc., McCook, IL $155,826.75
· Thorne Electric, Inc., Carol Stream, IL $155,923.55
· Hecker and Company, Inc., Wheeling, IL $158,924.20
