R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Lake County, through its Division of Transportation, maintains bike paths through the County; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the preservation of said bike paths if the pavements could be maintained by patching, where necessary, and seal coat surfacing; and
WHEREAS, the above-said bike path maintenance is included in the 2011 program.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there is hereby appropriated $70,000 of Matching Tax funds to provide for patching, where necessary, and seal coat surfacing of various segments of the county bike path system and designated as Section 11-00000-11-RS.
