R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, in order to preserve the pavement condition of asphalt and concrete pavements on various county highways, the Division of Transportation annually undertakes crack sealing of these pavements; and
WHEREAS, a survey of pavement conditions of asphalt and concrete pavements on the county highway system has been completed; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there is hereby appropriated $160,000 of Matching Tax Funds for the 2011 crack sealing of asphalt and concrete pavements, where necessary on the county highway system, and designated as Section 11-00000-08-GM.
