Staff Summary
• In order to complete the computer equipment replacements recommended by the Information Technology department for FY2010, additional funds are required.
• The amount needed is $25,855, which is available in the Court Automation Fee fund balance.
• The total amount of $25,855 shall be appropriated to the following Court Automation Fee fund expense account: 256-3120010-84030-000-000-000-00000.

WHEREAS, the Information Technology Department has recommended computer equipment replacements for FY2010; and
WHEREAS, the amount budgeted for these replacements is not sufficient and the additional $25,855 needed is available in Court Automation Fee fund balance; and
WHEREAS, the Court Automation Fee fund has a fund balance of $1,769,439 as of December 1, 2009 and is projected to end the fiscal year with a fund balance of $2,100,557.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the following emergency appropriation of $25,855 shall be made to the following expense account in the Court Automation Fee Fund: 256-3120010-84030-000-000-000-00000.
