R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Kildeer Two, LLC is currently in default of their original access permit for their development, know as Cypress Grove, for failing to complete access improvements along Quentin Road (County Highway 5); and
WHEREAS; Lake County has also not issued any further building permits for the said Cypress Grove development since the default; and
WHEREAS, Cypress Grove Development, LLC will be completing the access improvements along Quentin Road; and
WHEREAS, an agreement is required among Kildeer Two, LLC, Cypress Grove Development, LLC and Lake County to provide a schedule and manner for the construction of all access improvements along Quentin Road related to the Cypress Grove development, including limits on the number of building permits; a draft copy of said agreement is attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Chair of the Board, the County Clerk, and the County Engineer of Lake County be authorized and they are directed to execute an agreement between Kildeer Two, LLC, Cypress Grove Development, LLC and Lake County to provide a schedule and manner for the construction of all a...
