R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, by prior resolution at its meeting of March 11, 2008, authorized the execution of an agreement between the Illinois Department of Transportation and Lake County to use $479,732.93 of federal funds for the completion of PASSAGE, Phase II Design and Construction; and
WHEREAS, the original agreement and date for the completion of PASSAGE, Phase II Design and Construction scope of work, was December 31, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the Illinois Department of Transportation and Lake County are desirous of amending said agreement to extend the completion date for PASSAGE, Phase II Design and Construction scope of work, to December 31, 2011, a draft copy of said agreement attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Chair of the County Board, the County Clerk, and the County Engineer of Lake County, are authorized, and are hereby directed to execute an amendment to the agreement between the Illinois Department of Transportation and Lake County for PASSAGE, Phase II Design and Construction, extendi...
