WHEREAS, the term of Susan R. Levy as a Member of the Southlake Mosquito Abatement District is due to expire; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Susan R. Levy as a Member of the Southlake Mosquito Abatement District for a term ending December 8, 2014.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Susan R. Levy as a Member of the Southlake Mosquito Abatement District for a term ending December 8, 2014 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
