Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center received an increase in grant funding through the Illinois Department of Human Services for the Supervised Residential program in the amount of $7,830. The period of performance is July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024. The program provides recovery-oriented community residential services to individuals who have substantial levels of psychiatric disability and meet medical necessity. This will fund existing staff salary and fringe.
