Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) received an increase in grant funding through the HIV Quality of Life program in the amount of $25,000. The period of performance is July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024. The HIV Quality of Life program aims to improve the well-being and quality of life for individuals affected by HIV Disease, with a strategic approach that considers risk profiles and demographic diversity in Illinois. This will fund existing staff salary and fringe.
