RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Jay Ehrlich, MD, resigned from the Lake County Board of Health effective February 7, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the resignation of Jay Ehrlich, MD, creates a vacancy on the Lake County Board of Health; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Rachel McDowell, MD, as a member of the Lake County Board of Health to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, beginning immediately and ending on June 30, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Rachel McDowell, MD, as a member of the Lake County Board of Health for a term beginning immediately and ending on June 30, 2025, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
