Presented are three (3) LIP for privileging and credentialing. The Medical Director has verified the privileges requested by the providers are appropriate for the providers’ training and experience. The Medical Director and the Board of Health Credentialing Committee have studied the applications, raised questions where necessary, and recommend approval.
