RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the terms of Sandy Hart and Gary Gibson, as Members-at-Large to the Lake County Partners Board of Directors will expire on November 30, 2023; and

WHEREAS, the terms of Marah Altenberg, J. Kevin Hunter, Jessica Vealitzek, and Adam Schlick, as members to the Lake County Partners Board of Directors will expire on November 30, 2023; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointments of Sandy Hart and Gary Gibson as a Members-at-Large to the Lake County Partners Board of Directors, for terms beginning on December 1, 2023, and ending on November 30, 2024; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointments of Marah Altenberg to represent Lake County's Southeast quadrant, J. Kevin Hunter to represent Lake County's Northwest quadrant, Jessica Vealitzek to represent Lake County's Southwest quadrant, and Adam Schlick to represent Lake County's Northeast quadrant, as members to the Lake County Partners Board of Directors, for terms beginning on December 1, 2023, and ending on November 30, 2024.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointments of Sandy Hart and Gary Gibson as Members-at-Large to the Lake County Partners Board of Directors, for terms beginning on December 1, 2023, and ending on November 30, 2024, be, and the same are hereby confirmed; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reappointments of Marah Altenberg, J. Kevin Hunter, Jessica Vealitzek, and Adam Schlick, as members to the Lake County Partners Board of Directors, for terms beginning on December 1, 2023, and ending on November 30, 2024, be, and the ...
