WHEREAS, the term of David Eterno as the Administrative Adjudication Hearing Officer will expire on December 1, 2023; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of David Eterno as the Administrative Adjudication Hearing Officer for a term beginning on December 2, 2023, and ending on December 1, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of David Eterno as the Administrative Adjudication Hearing Officer for a term beginning on December 2, 2023, and ending on December 1, 2026, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
