WHEREAS, Abimael Cruz resigned from the Greater Round Lake Fire Protection District effective July 7, 2023; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Abimael Cruz creates a vacancy on the Greater Round Lake Fire Protection District; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Jadyn Castro as a member of the Greater Round Lake Fire Protection District for a term beginning immediately and ending on Sunday, May 3, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Jadyn Castro as a member of the Greater Round Lake Fire Protection District for a term beginning immediately and ending on Sunday, May 3, 2026, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
