RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the term of Charles D. Smith as a member of the Emergency Telephone System Board expires on November 30, 2023; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Charles D. Smith, representing the Lake County Fire Chiefs Association, for a term beginning on December 1, 2023, and ending on November 30, 2025.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Charles D. Smith, representing the Lake County Fire Chiefs Association, as a member of the Lake County Emergency Telephone System Board for a term beginning on December 1, 2023, and ending on November 30, 2025, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
