RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department will periodically review and recommend updates to employee policies in accordance with current best practices; and
WHEREAS, the County’s current Paid Parental Leave policy includes language that requires further clarification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the revisions to the Paid Parental Leave policy, in the Employee Policies and Procedures manual herewith be approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Human Resources Director is directed to implement these Policy revisions upon adoption by the Board.
