RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Lake County Community Development has received $11,459.06 from LCHA; and

WHEREAS, these dollars will be used to reimburse personnel costs; and

WHEREAS, this amount totaling $11,459.06 has not been previously appropriated, having been received in Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 after the adoption of the FY 2023 budget.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that an emergency appropriation in the amount of $11,459.06 is hereby authorized in the Community Development budget as identified on the listing of expense and revenue budget modifications attached hereto and made part hereof.
