RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Member Lavanya Srinivasan of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board has resigned effective June 8, 2023; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Member Lavanya Srinivasan creates a vacancy on the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Srikanth Davuluri as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board, to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, ending June 30, 2025.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Srikanth Davuluri as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for a term beginning immediately and ending June 30, 2025, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
